Position:  Hotline Manager  Full Time (35 hours/week) with additional admin call time

Salary:  $24.15 – $26.63 hr depending on experience noted in position qualifications, with additional admin on call shift pay

We are seeking an experienced manager with 2-3 years of crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy experience in a human services or equivalent setting, or translatable experience from another field. Excellent counseling skills such as active listening, empathetic listening, demonstrating positive regard, de-escalation and problem-solving are needed coming into the position. The Hotline Manager will oversee the operation of our 24/7 victim services hotline by ensuring that the hotline is fully staffed at all times and that through QA and other means, services delivery meets internal and grant mandate guidelines. The Hotline Manager works closely and collaboratively with Program Directors, provides task supervision to staff responsible for responding to callers on the hotline and shares in a rotation of after-hours administrative on-call support to staff advocates for emergencies, consultations or unusual situations.  You will be provided with agency specific training, regular supervision as well as support from other agency staff and supervisors.

Position: Training Manager    Full time (35 hours/week)
Salary: $23-$27 per hour depending on experience. Generous time off & health benefits.
Reports To: Education Director

The Training Manager is responsible for developing a training schedule and tools that enable sustainable, ongoing training of new staff and volunteers, as well as professional development opportunities. Activities may include creating instructor manuals for supervisors, training websites, self paced learning modules, video library, resource lists, etc. The Training Manager will deliver and/or oversee the delivery of core content relating to domestic violence, sexual assault, and child sexual abuse for staff and volunteers as needed to fulfill state requirements and agency goals and standards. The Training Manager will monitor the quality and consistency of agency training materials and monitor the quality and consistency of content within agency materials including presentations, events, website, social media, mailings, printed and digital materials, etc.  They will support Education Department staff with development of new programs; periodically review existing lesson plans, materials and program evaluations; observe presentations and provide constructive input. Additionally, our Training Manager co-facilitates agency psychoeducational support groups.

Position: Youth Educator
Schedule: Full time (35 hours/week)
Salary: $20-$22.05 per hour depending on experience. Generous time off & health benefits.
Reports To: Education Director

The Youth Educator  will provide risk reduction and abuse prevention education to middle and high school aged youth on topics including child sexual abuse, teen sexual harassment, assault and sex trafficking, teen dating abuse, and family domestic violence. 

The Youth Educator will be responsible for coordinating with relevant school and community professionals and maintaining strong professional relationships for effective delivery of programming. Additionally, the Youth Educator will work with youth clubs and groups to support student leadership in areas related to support for student survivors, violence prevention, and youth wellbeing.

Position: Staff Attorney, Legal Services Program
Schedule: Full time (35 hours/week)
Salary: $80,000-$85,000 depending on experience. Generous time off & health benefits.
Reports To: Director of Programming

The Staff Attorney will provide trauma informed legal representation and consultation for victims of domestic and sexual violence in Family Court matters, matrimonial proceedings, and other civil legal matters as necessary. The person in this position will work as part of a team with staff advocates to ensure that victims receive appropriate legal services. The Staff Attorney will provide consultations to staff advocates on civil legal matters as necessary.

An ideal candidate for our Staff Attorney position will find reward in helping survivors of domestic violence and their children as they seek a life free from violence. They are committed to providing high quality legal services to clients in a variety of civil matters and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience. They approach their work from a survivor centered lens which is trauma informed, anti-racist and anti-oppressive, and are comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
