Position: Accounting Manager
Schedule: Part time at 20 hours/week
Salary: $19.35-$22.35 per hour depending on experience with generous benefits
This is an in office position with the possibility for flexible scheduling.
Start Date: ASAP

The Accounting Manager will support the Finance Director with accounts payable and receivable, and general finance and accounting duties to ensure financial success of the organization. Primary duties include: general accounting duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable (processing invoices and cutting checks), deposits, general ledger recording, and monthly bank reconciliations. Assist with quarterly vouchers and closings and annual budget work and with preparation for the annual audit and tax return.

Position: Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Full Time at 35 hr/week
Salary: $16.51/hr with $.50 hourly increase after 6 month provisional employment period is
successfully completed.
Start Date: ASAP

The Administrative Assistant is an important component of our team and provides broad support for the work of the agency. This front office position will provide broad-based administrative support for the office, conduct all matters pertaining to the front office, and serve as the first point of contact for Advocacy Center clients and visitors, setting a welcoming and professional tone. Responsibilities include office reception, answering the phone and triaging calls, administrative support for Executive Director and Leadership Team, logistical assistance with special events, managing and ordering office supplies, primary office contact for maintenance needs and coordination with repair vendors, updating and maintaining staff orientation materials and manuals, and performing other duties as assigned.

Position: Development Assistant
Schedule: Part Time at 20 hr/week
Salary: $19.35/hr with generous benefits
Start Date: ASAP

The Development Assistant will support implementation and development of the agency’s fundraising, development, and community engagement activities.  Primary duties include: coordinate production and mailing of appeal letters; primary liaison for third party fundraisers; coordinate donor acknowledgment with Executive Director and BOD Fundraising Committee; maintain donor database; organize or provide assistance in organizing fundraising and special events for the agency such as the Annual Meeting and Kids Are Our Business Breakfast; assist Executive Director and BOD in developing and implementing a coordinated annual fundraising plan. 

This position requires a flexible schedule and will require occasional evening and weekend work.
