Therapist: Youth and Families – Full-Time
Status: Full Time (35 hours/week)
Salary: $50,500 with generous benefits

We are seeking a full time Therapist for our Clinical Program in order to increase access to quality, trauma informed mental health services for victims of abuse in Tompkins County. The Therapist will:
- Provide culturally-informed, developmentally appropriate, trauma-focused clinical services utilizing TF-CBT as a primary treatment modality to young people who have been sexually abused and to non-offending caregivers/family members. Services may be provided individually, with families and in groups.
- Develop goal plans with youth and their non-offending parent or guardians, and engage in ongoing goal planning and evaluation.
- Provide a mental health perspective at monthly multidisciplinary (law enforcement, medical, social services, prosecutors, probation and victim advocates) case review team meetings Coordinate treatment and advocate for victim needs with other partners as needed.
- Collaborate with our victim advocates who provide support and advocacy services to youth and adults receiving clinical services.
